Some of you may know that I’ve been studying integrative nutrition health and life coaching during Covid. My normal business was slow and it gave me the much needed down time to re-evaluate, reset and follow my passion. Anyone who has ever faced serious illness knows this: HEALTH IS WEALTH.
Faith is important, and so are blessings, but our health is often something we can fix if we take responsibility for it. Most chronic illness is caused by inflammation in the body due to emotional and physical stress. My intention with this page is to be both informative and inviting. Information only gets you so far. There is a big difference between knowing what to do and being able to implement that knowledge in the form of lasting lifestyle changes that produce healthy results. Here, I invite you to ask.
