C&K Plastics, a leader in custom plastic manufacturing, has announced its recent acquisition of the Thermoforming Division of Gregstrom Corporation, based in Woburn, Massachusetts.

This acquisition strengthens C&K’s capabilities in high-quality plastic products production, particularly for the medical, communications, and energy sectors. All relevant equipment and operations have been relocated to C&K’s headquarters in Metuchen, New Jersey.

Gregstrom’s specialization in precision parts aligns with C&K’s ongoing expansion into high-demand industries. This move also enhances C&K’s ability to offer end-to-end solutions for customers in key sectors. Integrating Gregstrom’s operations will also bolster C&K’s production capacity, providing increased flexibility and efficiency in serving its growing client base.
