One of the highlights of our visit to Healing Earth Farms/True Garden was getting an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how fresh, healthy food is grown—from the very first seed to the final harvest. 🌿✨

Matthew Lanfrankie and the amazing farm team guided us through every step of the process, including the seeding rooms, innovative growing systems, drying areas, processing spaces, and everything in between.

What stood out most wasn't just the impressive technology—it was the passion behind it. Every room, every system, and every detail is thoughtfully designed with one goal in mind: producing the highest-quality herbs, flowers, vegetables, and farm-fresh products while caring for both people and the planet. 🌎💚

Buying local is important—but seeing the dedication, innovation, and hard work that goes into growing healthy food from the ground (or in this case, the growing system!) up gives you an even greater appreciation for what True Garden is accomplishing.
