Unpopular opinion: Most women over 40 don’t need another diet.

They need more protein, more muscle, more sleep, more water, and a lot less guilt around food.

I didn’t lose 137 pounds by starving myself or hopping from one diet to the next. I learned how to eat real food, nourish my body, and stay consistent long enough to see results.

And yes… sometimes that looks like a steak cooked in avocado oil for dinner. 🥩🥑

At 44 years old, with Hashimoto’s, PCOS, autoimmune challenges, and a history of type 2 diabetes, I feel better now than I did in my 20s.
