OPTION 1 – 9-HOUR FULL EVENT PACKAGE

For Friday or Saturday events, the rental includes the following schedule:
• 2 hours for vendor setup
• Up to 6 hours of event time
• 1 hour for cleanup

Up to 70 guests

Pricing:
• Friday, Sunday, or weekdays: $2,200
• Saturday: $2,500

This package includes:
• Set up & take down (so you don’t have to worry about it)
• Tables & luxury chairs (black or white)
• Tablecloths (off-white or black)
• Sweetheart table, cake table & food table
• Event assistant on site
• Security

Plus these extras:
• Beautiful centerpieces with flowers
• Spotlights in any color
• Marquee letters: “LOVE”, “BABY”, or two numbers
• One throne chair

OPTION 2 – HOURLY RENTAL

Available Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday

Pricing:
• $250 per hour (2-hour minimum) – Monday–Thursday
• $350 per hour (5-hour minimum) – Friday or Saturday

Available times:
• Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Includes:
• Set up & take down
• Chairs & tables for up to 70 guests

Bonus:
• Projector & screen
• Podium
• Sound system & microphone

Note:
This option is more limited and does not include extras such as the event assistant, tablecloths, décor, or marquee letters. It works best for business-style events, such as conferences or trainings that mainly need a projector, podium, and microphone.
