⭐A little more about Paola: "I’m someone who really values authenticity and showing up as myself, both at work and outside of it. I’ve always been the type of person people come to for advice or support which naturally carried into my role as an account manager. I enjoy building real relationships with my agents and making sure they feel heard and taken care of, not just managed. I’m naturally curious, so I like learning how things work and finding better, more efficient ways to do them. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time just hanging out with my family, and I’m usually planning my next trip."

⭐Paola's tip for agents: Consistently review your data and performance trends. Taking a little time each week to look at what’s working and what's not can help you make small adjustments that lead to much better results over time. The agents who are most successful tend to be the ones who stay proactive and treat their performance like something they can continuously refine.

Moves, new jobs, marriages, kids, new purchases… Those are exactly the events when coverage should be reviewed. But they’re also when customers are least likely to reach out.

When life changes happen, their insurance agent is not the first person your customer think to call. Having meaningful conversations with your clients can make sure gaps don't happen in their coverage. If you're not having these conversations with them, someone else will.
