If a person is on any of these meds the side effects come from the bleeding nutrients. Look up any other nutrients deficiencies and you will be very surprised. All my people out there and is trying to get there health adjusted look into ashwagandha. This plant has been used for thousands of years mainly in ayurveda medicine in India as a adaptogen. Which helps your overall body deal with stress and get the body into a overall well being aka homeostasis. Most of the health properties comes from the withanolides. Ashwagandha is best known for assisting with anxiety / depression. Studies have shown that this plant help reduce anxiety / insomnia my over 60% studies below. The only thing we can completely control is our self and especially our health. When it comes to nutrition anything someone said an be put to the test. Regardless of what anyone says the body will reveal what works and what is unemployed.

Ashwagandha is great for the nervous especially Alzheimer's / dementia / Parkinson's etc, cardiovascular system, anti-aging, anti cancerous, relieves menstrual/ hot flashes/menopause, boost energy/immune system, full of antioxidants which help with inflammation any word with itis including asthma / fibromyalgia / gout, balances hormones, great for hypothyroidism, helps with epilepsy, wonderful for strength training, stabilizes cholesterol / triglycerides, promotes s***m / testosterone increase, used for memories/ brain function problems, regulating blood pressure / sugar, relieving depression /anxiety, controls cortisol which contributes to negative stress, increase insulin sensitivity / usage, regulates fluid balance, etc
