We’ve started a Phoenix area rooftop HVAC replacement and mechanical upgrade at an active warehouse facility.

Early scope is focused on installing new condensate and drain lines, along with structural supports and steel reinforcement to prepare for new rooftop equipment. This groundwork is essential before removing existing evaporative coolers and installing upgraded high-efficiency systems.

With operations continuing on-site, work is being carefully sequenced across all trades to keep everything aligned and progressing smoothly.
