Back before we all had smart phones but many were suddenly sitting at a computer much of the day (and eventually much of our free time as well) I would give my clients an assignment to set their computers to ping them every hour to half hour to prompt them to get up and move around.

I’m not sure how many did but glad to see life style coaches creating this type of content and research being made more widely available on the benefits.
