This time, with little to no direction, just a menu and the freedom to interpret it his own way. Watching his growth, confidence, and ability to execute at a high level has been incredible.

This is why I love what I do. A few months ago I had the privilege of cooking for and 30 others in Texas during an incredible retreat hosted by . The day posted a reel she happened to see we were at , and on the night of our dinner she surprised us by making the trip out to experience our menu. To be remembered in that way and to share such a genuine connection over food is a gift I will carry with me. Moments like this are why I pour my heart into every plate. They fill me with joy and a sense of purpose that will last a lifetime.
