Polls open Tuesday in primary election - Meridian Star Polls will be open Tuesday for Lauderdale County residents to vote in the 2026 primary elections. Voting hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and voters must bring a photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, military identification card or other government identification.

The MCC Performing and Fine Arts Celebration, which is a partnership with MCC and The MAX, is set for 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at The MAX in downtown Meridian. The event is free and open to the public.
