Ada county February market stats show us that home sale prices increased 1.5% from 2025. Homes are on the market a little longer than 2025 as well which can help buyers negotiate.
Inventory increased by 4.4% from last year as well which means we have more homes on the market to choose from! Spring is quickly coming which should put more homes on the market!
