See You at the Table

All the traditional items, along with a table decorated by Cooper.... Dad would have been happy.

While not "authentic", this Thai Beef with Basil served with Coconut Rice from Half Baked Harvest was a winner in our house. Cooper likes spicy food so I didn't have to alter the recipe, but you could remove the sambal if needed.

I kept the sliced green onions and pickled red onions on the side and just the adults added those.

Josh made pork belly ban mi sandwiches and I made Tom Kha G*i for Christmas Eve dinner. So good!

I remembered to take pictures of the food from the Open House this year... At least part of it.
