We are in search of a carpenter to be a part of our team to help restore the homes of customers after experiencing a loss due to water, mold, or fire damage. We desire people who are outgoing, detail oriented, and motivated. Selected candidate will be part of our construction team whose sole purpose is to help customers get back into their homes, safe and dry.
$1000 Sign On Bonus after successful reviews. Pay starts between $24/hr up to $28/hr depending on experience with a 90 day review for opportunity to earn more. We offer full benefits, including health, matched 401K, life and disability insurance, dental and vision.
Candidates must have five years of carpentry experience and a strong desire to do quality work.
Requirements:
Able to work with mobile app-based project management software
Able to understand and maintain project schedules
Strong understanding and ex*****on abilities of carpentry skills including sub-floors, framing, cabinetry, trim, etc.
Document jobs daily in a detailed manner, including uploading photos, notes and documents
Ability to be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously
Must possess a valid driver’s license'

Established Boise restoration company looking to hire Estimators/Project Manager for the following divisions/markets.
Each position primarily will estimate and sell fire, water, wind and other property damage repair jobs and will work closely with insurance companies and adjusters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position of Estimator/Project Manager is primarily accountable for writing accurate estimates and selling jobs. The Estimator/Project Manager writes and estimates scopes and has the ultimate responsibility that the team is performing so that every job is done on time and under budget. Estimator/Project Managers are also responsible for undertaking marketing activities that will lead to more work from current sources and new work from new sources. As an Estimator/Project Manager, your ability to effectively work in our fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare accurate job estimates and negotiate them.
Meet sales goals: sell jobs and actively market for new leads.
Lead your project team.
Ensure your team is producing jobs on time and under budget.
Proper file documentation.
Prepare work in process calculations.
Oversee job cost reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
In depth knowledge of the commercial/residential construction industry.
Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures is beneficial.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent mathematical aptitude.
Strong sense of urgency.
Excellent ability to complete required paperwork correctly and punctuality.
Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be familiar with Xactimate estimating software
Very strong organizational skills
Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
Strong desire to learn and excel!
