25 years ago, Boise voters chose to protect what makes this place special.

In May 2001, 59% approved the city's first Foothills Levy — kicking off a conservation effort that has since protected over 12,500 acres of open space above the Treasure Valley. The trails, the ridgelines, the wide-open sagebrush views — all of it exists because the community chose to invest in it.

We're celebrating the 25-year anniversary with a full blog on the history of Foothills conservation and the best ways to get out and enjoy them.

The spring market is waking up across the Treasure Valley 🌷🏡

In Ada County, 810 homes sold in March, which is a big 19.1% jump from this time last year. The median sales price held steady at $540,000, and homes spent about 55 days on the market on average.

Over in Canyon County, 452 homes sold, up 14.7% year over year. The median price came in at $432,995, with homes averaging 63 days on market.

Inventory is still on the lean side at 2.0 months in Ada and 2.4 months in Canyon. In simple terms: if no new homes were listed, everything currently for sale would likely be gone in about 2 months.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to buy or sell, these numbers tell an important story. Strategy matters more than ever. Reach out and let's work on your strategy.
