Good times

I am pushing boundaries and chasing passions at the Global Leadership Summit! 🌍 As you may know, besides my professional journey with John Maxwell Certified Coach and Life Coaching Institute certifications, I'm also in culinary school, scheduled to graduate this coming December. This year, instead of the usual boxed lunches, I proposed to cater the event, merging my love for cooking with my professional world.

Day one saw us serving Italian Skillet Chicken with Basil, roasted red peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Rice Pilaf, Fresh Green Salad, Hamburger Steak with Grilled Vegetables, and house-made gravy. Check out these delicious delights! 🍲🥗🍗 And wait until you see what's on the menu for tomorrow - Garlic Parmesan Crusted Tilapia, Roasted Red Potatoes, Green Beans, and more. Trust me, it's a step up from sandwiches!

This experience reminded me how rewarding it can be to step outside your comfort zone and do what you truly love. So, here's food for thought -
