I am a volunteer cake baker! What does that mean you ask? I recently found a local Idaho organization that you can volunteer to bake cakes for people on their birthdays.
I thought this would be so fun and give me the chance to give back to my community and work on my cake decorating skills.
It was so awesome to make this cake for a man who was turning 91. 🎂I baked the cake, decorated it and then delivered it to the facility where he lives.

I need your help with something important… this cookie needs a name. 👀

I created this cookie a few years ago and now we will be creating it for my Spring Baking Workshop coming up on Thursday, March, 26th. (Find the link in my bio to sign-up) I think it might be one of the cutest ones I’ve made.

It starts with my no-fail sugar cookie (no rolling out the dough required) and then we top it with almond buttercream, toasted coconut, and a Cadbury eggs so it looks like a little Easter bird’s nest.

It’s soft, cozy, springy, and honestly feels like the perfect Easter cookie.

But here’s the problem… I can’t decide what to call it. 😅

So I’m recruiting my very creative cookie community to help me.

Should it be something like:
• Spring Nest Cookie
• Robin’s Nest Cookie
• Easter Nest Sugar Cookie

Or something totally different?

✨ IT’S OFFICIAL ✨

I’m teaching my very first
From-Scratch Cookie Workshop🍪💛
At on Thursday, March 26th, 6:30-8:30pm.

This feels equal parts exciting and slightly terrifying… because standing in front of a room teaching you how to bake is very different than baking in my cozy kitchen at home.

But here we are. And I couldn’t be more excited.

This isn’t just a “watch me bake” class.
You’ll be mixing, scooping, baking, and decorating right alongside me.

We’ll be making:

🍋 Bakery-style Lemon White Chip Cookies
🤍 Soft Sugar Cookies with Almond Buttercream topped with toasted coconut and Easter eggs.

Everything completely from scratch.

It’s an intimate group (only 8-10 seats), so it will feel cozy, relaxed, and hands-on — like baking in a modern grandma’s kitchen with friends.

You’ll leave with:
✨ A box of cookies
✨ The recipes
✨ Bakery tips I’ve learned the hard way
✨ And a whole lot of confidence
