When you are up against adversaries and scarcity, you either become vengeful or resourceful.

My choices were very limited growing up, and I could have become a victim of my circumstances and ended up vengeful. Instead, I chose to be resourceful and relentlessly pursue love and leadership, as I knew what it’s like to be without them.
