Allow me to introduce myself.

I am Tim Blonsky, Principal and founder of Timothy James Consulting. I specialize in Talent and Retention, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Disability Employment Programs. I am working as a consultant to help for-profit companies understand and secure a seat at the table within their local, state-level, and national workforce systems. Additionally, I am collaborating with several non-profits across the United States to provide frontline staff in disability employment programs with workforce tools under WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and general labor market programs. My goal is to enhance the cross-functionality between Disability Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation, along with Workforce Development Programs such as wage reimbursement, On-The-Job Training programs, and Registered Apprenticeships. As a national leader in this field, I am dedicated to making a positive impact throughout the United States.
