Help us congratulate Autumn on being selected as our New Operations Manager.

Autumn began her career with Metro in 2018 as an EMS driver. Within that same year, she earned her EMT-Basic certification through East Central Community College, marking the start of her continued growth within EMS. She later advanced her education at Meridian Community College, where she obtained her Paramedic certification in 2020.

Continuing to build on her clinical knowledge and skillset, Autumn completed her Associate Degree in Nursing at Meridian Community College in 2023, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2024. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing her Critical Care Paramedic certification.

In addition to her EMS background, Autumn has worked as a nurse caring for pediatric patients in Jackson and continues to serve part-time as a nurse in one of Meridian’s local emergency departments. She also serves as an adjunct instructor and Clinical Coordinator for the Meridian Community College Paramedic Program. She brings a strong background in both prehospital and hospital care, along with a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations and challenges faced by EMS providers. Her leadership is rooted in experience, dedication, and a commitment to supporting both patient care and the crews who provide it.

Outside of her professional role, Autumn has been married to her husband, Parker, a fireman and paramedic, since 2023. Together, they have a 2 year old daughter, Sutton.
