Six years ago, when we first unlocked these doors, Alex was there.

From the very first pour to the thousands of memories made since, Alex has been the heartbeat of this bar. It’s hard to imagine the place without him, but we couldn’t be prouder to watch him start this next chapter.

Thank you, Alex, for your leadership, your hustle, and for making this place feel like home for all of us. Cheers to six incredible years! 🥂✨

The end of an era is here. This Saturday, we’re raising a glass to the man who’s been behind the bar since day one.
After six incredible years of crafting cocktails and building community since we first opened our doors, our manager Alex is hanging up the shaker tin. He’s been the heartbeat of the Roosevelt, and we aren’t letting him go without one hell of a send-off.
Come share a memory, grab a final drink from the legend himself, and help us toast to his next chapter.
