Primary Duties

Manage digital projects including websites, apps, paid digital media, email, digital content implementation and emerging digital media

Guide brand managers through the web development process, outlining briefs, assets, and strategies required for project success

Establish standards and practices for digital project management

Coordinate with internal and external design and development teams

Manage and track project budgets, timelines, schedules, deadlines and deliverable expectations

Help traffic digital project approvals throughout the organization

Elevate the quality of all digital work by staying current with best-in class design styles, trends and approaches

Work closely with the brand team to develop and implement digital strategy

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience managing diverse projects across multiple digital mediums

Expertise in coordinating timelines, budgets, resources and process

Agency experience is a plus

Proven experience producing multiple projects at once

A passion for hitting deadlines and motivating others to do the same

A nimble approach that allows for quick adjustments and on-your-feet solutions

A passion for the best production value and an eye for excellence

The ability to innovate, to seek new solutions and never settle for status quo

Detail orientation, constantly looking for small ways to improve quality and efficiency

An intimate understanding of the digital space, including what can be done, what should be done, and the limits and possibilities of commonly used technologies

Excellent written and language skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both technical information and creative ideas

Ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and suggest resolutions

Minimum Requirements

College degree and a minimum of four years’ work experience in digital production/project management

Working understanding of all facets of web development including strategies, planning, UX, design (including responsive), implementation, QA, and launch

Excellent process and organization skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure, troubleshoot, and provide solutions

Understanding of time management and work breakdown procedures to accurately balance skill set and workload of team members

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Project Management applications

Interest in wellness, healthcare, fitness, and sports a plus

Ability to multitask

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and Development of New Products in accordance with the Stage Gate System and FDA/ISO Design Control requirements. Represent NPD on cross functional project teams, sometimes in a leading role.
• Re-design existing products for cost, quality or feature enhancement.
• Identify relevant technologies and collaborate with Global Marketing to develop new product concepts and prototypes to fill the NPD product pipeline.
• Provide technical guidance and project support to Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering
• 3-5 years of consumer goods design experience in (design, development, and project management)
• Intermediate to advanced skill using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with FDA medical device regulations (Design Control) a plus
• PRO-E a plus
