Did you know that recovery doesn’t stop when you leave the table? There are things you can do in between sessions to help get your body ready for you next visit. Here are some things you can do to make the most of your massage therapy sessions:

💪 Stretch. Ask Al for some stretches you can do to stay flexible and limber.

💪 Move. Everyone’s level of motion is different. Find a level that works for you, but continue to put your body in motion throughout the week!

💪 Posture. Your posture is the one thing you can do to help with soreness in your body. Your posture affects your muscles and joints from top to bottom. Staying long and tall helps keep your body aligned, even when sitting at a desk.

💪 Breathe. Reduce stress by taking time to take conscious breathing breaks throughout your day. Be present in the moment. Mental Health impacts physical health.
