AEC Hackathon

The AEC Hackathon has launched this week as an online experience and event. I have some initial thoughts as we roll forward to the kick off on Friday to the main hack.
1, The technology workshops have been deep in content and professional in their presentations. Great work by Damon Hernandez, Steve Holzer and Josephs Lord Morris to coordinate these initial experiences of the AEC Hackathon Online.
2. The use of multiple platforms to communicate and execute the AECH Online has been seamless and engaging. Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, Twitter, DevPost, etc. have provided their strengths for the AECH community. I have been impressed and have begun to implement some of these solutions as ecosystems and process for my own business.
3. Although our community has been the foundation for the authentic success of the AECH as an entity, Damon Hernandez should be celebrated for leveraging his brute force in making the AECH Online a reality. Without Damon's selfless leadership of our community, this event would not be possible. He is the brainchild of the AEC Hackathon and he has an army/community to move our industry and the built environment forward.

The AEC Hackathon Online began on Monday with our Online Workshops. They are free to attend to up your game with amazing knowledge of the solutions that are available to you.
