Day 3 and we are at 160°. We want to stay around 160 for 3 days, then let the pile cool about 10%, then mix the pile and let it heat up again.

Geese seem able to make anything into a meal. Nothing else will touch this w**d and they eat all the leaves one day and leave a stick. The next day they eat the stick.
