Checkout these prime filet mignons and how I cold smoked them before searing them.

Yesterday I dropped in the new Cindy Krag Gourmet To Go shop in Germantown to checkout their selection of Prime and Choice steaks. What a surprise! I was greeted by Cindy herself, and David A. Spencer and Candy Busby from the former Thomas Meat-Seafood in Collierville. They have a great selection of fresh frozen meals, casseroles, dips, desserts, and a chicken salad that is to die for. I stocked up on several prime filet mignons and went straight home to prep them for smoking and searing on the grill. These steaks looked so good, I had to make a short video of how I cooked them.
