Believe it or not I was not the girl that grew up saying “I was born to be a mother.” And the choice to become a mother is in my opinion one of the biggest if not THE biggest decisions you can make for yourself. It has to come at your own time, and from truly your own self deep, deep down. I read books hoping to help me make the choice, talked to my mother friends, and my non mother friends. For ME it was the best decision I’ve ever made. But that doesn’t mean that my anxieties weren’t real! And that they did not have value! Just thought it would be interesting to mirror them back from then to now!
