Caleigh Rodriguez is on-site in Hernando as our crew moves from open ground to a fully built event footprint for Palmer Home for Children’s Mudbug Bash 2026 - a night of live music, pouring in the community, dancing, and of course, crawfish.

For 2026, Mahaffey supplied a 40x200 tent, string lighting, stage for the band, a 10x60 tent for the auction, tables, linens, chairs, the Savannah Limewash bar, whiskey barrels, custom dance floor, 30x40 tent and a couple of small tents along with a custom dance floor built to carry the night from start to finish. We are proud to be a part of nights like these and support nonprofits in Memphis and the surrounding areas.

A double-decker VIP tent overlooking the stage at was built more than two weeks before attendees set foot in Tom Lee Park.

A crew of over 24 members assembled 86 tents across the park, including the kind of structure that stops you mid-walk, a 10,824 square-foot double-decker VIP tent.

Inside, guests had space to settle into fun and funky and colorful seating such as our Mia Chairs, the Coral Estelle Sofa, and the Cerise Sofa, take in unobstructed stage views, enjoy access to private bars and dedicated food vendors, all while catching every set without missing a beat.
