Three buildings, one Memphis Ice!

It all started in a red barn on York. From there, Memphis Ice moved to a building on Elvis Presley Boulevard, until a fire took it down in 1987. Founder Robert Halfacre rebuilt on Delp Street, and that is where you will find us today.

Same family, same business, just a few addresses along the way.

This young man in the knee socks is Clark Lawrence, third generation owner of Memphis Ice. Those knee socks were worn at his Uncle Jeff's wedding. Yes, that Jeff. Jeff Halfacre. The same man pictured with Clark in the fourth slide. The same beloved uncle who helped keep Memphis Ice running until Clark took over. Also on that slide is Clark with his grandfather, Robert Halfacre, the man who started it all.

P.S. If the social media goes cold after this one, it is because I have probably been fired. You. Are. Welcome.
