PGF was founded in 2008 as a reaction to the amount of waste generated by restaurants, a desire to contribute to the sustainability of our community and a passion for supporting local restaurants. Donating surplus food is a great way to make a meaningful impact. As a PGF food donation partner, you can donate leftovers from events, catering services, or daily operations to help give back to nonprofits and community organizations that serve those facing food insecurity.
