Honored to share that our team was recognized as Tennessee’s 2025 Agency of the Year by Keystone Insurers Group!

A couple of weeks ago, we had the privilege of attending the Keystone National Conference in Louisville—and we brought home some hardware! 🏆

The TN Agency of the Year award is based on New Business Growth, Core Carrier Growth, and Keystone Engagement at both the state and national level. But truly, the credit goes to our amazing clients who trust us and every single member of Sneed Insurance who shows up daily to pursue our Sneed Vision of redefining the insurance experience—making it simple, transparent, and personal.

Big thanks to Keystone for the recognition but more importantly, getting us out of the office together and getting Tommy back into the batting cage!

📈GROWTH: Welcomed over 600 new businesses and/or families as clients!

📍EXPANSION: Opened a Sneed office in the great state of Florida while our Arkansas team crushed their 2024 premium goal in their first full calendar year!

🤝ALIGNMENT: Focused on the pure implementation of EOS, bringing greater efficiency and alignment to our leadership team

🎉 PEOPLE: Welcomed several new key hires and celebrated well-deserved internal promotions

Words can’t describe how thankful we are for this team. This group is driven, passionate, and committed to going the extra mile for our clients.

Last week, we brought the team together for our annual STATE OF SNEED meeting(s) and it was an incredible time of celebration & strategic planning. We took time to reflect on all that we achieved in 2024, identified obstacles, addressed challenges, and—most importantly—set clear, exciting objectives for 2025. Once we wrapped up the planning and strategizing, we got to the fun part: celebrating with a Grizz win.
