Let's go cruisinggg!

We stayed at the downtown Memphis . We usually stay at Doubletrees [obviously not when going to Disney bc we stay onsite] because they are always nice and clean. And of course the cookies. This hotel was right across from the baseball park. I was kind of nervous about that because I was afraid it would be loud. But we really couldn't hear any outside noises from our floor. We were on the ninth so I can't account for the noise closer to the ground. We had a perfect view of the ballpark and got to watch the fireworks from our room. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint was the bathroom. It was nice and big but it needed a remodel. The counter was nice. But the shower floor was peeling and so was the toilet seat. Ruling on the floor: safe to stay! I give it 6/10. Memphis @ DoubleTree By Hilton Memphis Downtown
