How are you? Really?
As the months stretch on of a different pace of life, new ways of interacting with each other, and the weight of pain and suffering in our world is on full display...some days are harder than others.
I’ve so missed our community and place to connect and move our bodies in love. 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
So as I wait to open back up, I want to connect and check in 🧡
I’m going on walks, praying breathe prayers (Inhale: The Lord makes glory | Exhale: My dignity cannot be diminished ) and reading good books!
