We have two new Self-Defense Cohorts that are starting soon. One starts on Wednesday Jan 11th at 6pm and the other Tuesday Jan 17th at 6pm. Come Join us and start to build your defense to live more safely.

This is a great start to learning more about self defense and developing a plan to staying safe.
