💎💎 Immune Booster Recipe
Time to Make: 5 minutes

This immune booster recipe has everything you need to help strengthen your immune system! With powerful ingredients like garlic, ginger, lemon, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and turmeric, it’s packed with natural immune-supporting benefits.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 navel orange
1–2 cloves garlic, minced (set aside for 10 minutes)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 dash real sea salt
1 dash cinnamon
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 grind of black pepper
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with “The Mother”
1 tablespoon hot water
⭐ Instructions:
Mince the garlic (ideally using a garlic press) and set aside for 10 minutes to activate its beneficial enzymes. You may also use minced garlic from a glass jar.
In a small cup, whisk together the honey, turmeric, and hot water until smooth and fully combined.
Add the lemon juice, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, sea salt, cinnamon, and black pepper.
**Stir well and drink immediately for best results.
