Today weโll focus on an amazing muscle, the serratus anterior, as we stretch, twist, and have a little playtime! ๐คธ๐พโโ๏ธ๐๐๐๐๐คธ๐พโโ๏ธ This is one of the most important muscles in your body ๐ช๐ฝ but we tend to forget itโs there because we canโt see it! This muscle connects the rib cage to the spine, allowing us to move, breathe, walk, and stand upright. For a little journaling, can you think of anything in your life you canโt see but is on reflection actually very important? What else do we sometimes take for granted because we canโt physically see it?
