Today weโ€™ll focus on an amazing muscle, the serratus anterior, as we stretch, twist, and have a little playtime! ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ This is one of the most important muscles in your body ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ but we tend to forget itโ€™s there because we canโ€™t see it! This muscle connects the rib cage to the spine, allowing us to move, breathe, walk, and stand upright. For a little journaling, can you think of anything in your life you canโ€™t see but is on reflection actually very important? What else do we sometimes take for granted because we canโ€™t physically see it?
