On Friday, February 13, 2026, I had the honor of joining my brother on for Nervous Wreck Radio live from , where we celebrated the world radio premiere of my single “Blessing” ahead of Valentine’s Day! 💖🎶
During our conversation, I explained the inspiration behind the track — a reminder to embrace love and never miss your chance to find your blessing. Love isn’t perfect, but it’s real, and it’s always worth fighting for.
Big shoutout to DJ Bizzle Bluebland for the love and support on air! Tag someone who needs this one on their playlist! “Blessing” is AVAILABLE NOW at DAYV1SWorld.com! 🌍

I first met while working and recording with some years back. On Thursday, April 17, 2025, we linked back up to work on a song entitled “I Love You” with fellow songwriter and producer, songwriter, and singer at his studio, Hit Factory. I’m grateful for the chance to collaborate with so many immensely talented individuals, especially from Memphis, the city that shaped me and that I love! KrisO is no exception! I’m excited for you all to hear this masterpiece!

All my sneakerheads know today, April 1, 2025, marks the 40th anniversary of the iconic Air Jordan 1. 🗓️
On April 1, 1985, the first Air Jordan, the Air Jordan 1, was released to the public. This collaboration between Michael Jordan and Nike is credited with popularizing sneaker and sneakerhead culture, transcending its original purpose as a performance shoe. 🏀🏆🐐
So it feels only fitting we commemorate this milestone by officially dropping "Mo Kicks," a song inspired by and created for my friend, sneakerhead, and podcaster Marcus Carter, as the theme for his Mo Kicks Than Bruce Lee Podcast. 👟🎙️🔊
If sneaker culture is life, the Mo Kicks Than Bruce Lee Podcast is for you, so follow on social media and check it out wherever you listen to podcasts and stream "Mo Kicks" at DAYV1SWORLD.COM! 🙌🏾

Last Thursday night, June 1, 2023, I joined Wheat Robinson for the Music Export Memphis - NXNE Preview Party at Connect Music to support some tremendous talent in Jordan Occasionally, Daz Rinko, Cameron Bethany, Qemist, and Tangela, who is headed to Toronto, Ontario to show The 6ix what Memphis has to offer!
While there, I got to reconnect with Rose Gold Jones and meet a friend of a friend in Jordan Occasionally. Tori WhoDat, can you imagine all of us on a track? Later I got introduced to the founder of Music Export Memphis, Elizabeth Cawein, who, via her non-profit, helps Memphis, Tennessee musicians get their music to the world! Salute to all the creatives I met, and I look forward to building with many of you soon!
