So, my wife uncovered this gem from 2008 while cleaning out drawers this past weekend. See if you can spot on this Addy book cover. The follow up was a solo shot in the blue leather pants, make-up and hair extensions, boots and single glove. Vintage. And the signature leg kick - no photoshop necessary.

Upcoming concepts for Nashville Pet Dentistry practice Your Pet Dentist. Not sure what we are going to do with these, but we are having a blast working on this account...

Super fun new branding project for Your Pet Dentist, a new specialty vet clinic opening soon in Nashville. Since they work with both dogs and cats we decided to develop multiple logos that they could use interchangeably and a bright, playful color palette. Can't wait for this to roll out and continue to work with them to promote this brand.

Incredible day this past Sunday at Brooks Museum chalkfest. They tasked me with chalking something from their Southern Artists Collection, and I found a painting called "Bible Scholar" done by one of my professors at Memphis State, Charles Allgood, who passed away a few years ago. Did this as a tribute to him and I hope he would have been pleased. The best part was his whole family - kids, grandkids, came out to encourage me and visit. Music was great, food was incredible (Voodoo Cafe and El Mero Taco trucks) and lots of folks filling the space with their chalk drawings. I even did a little extra with an interpretation of a Carroll Cloar piece.

So humbled and honored to be recognized by AAF Memphis with the Silver Medal award that recognizes a career of work. It is truly a tribute to all the nonprofits and startups who put their faith in Disciple to tell their stories. Best (and most humbling) response came from my grandson, who, when told that I was receiving the Silver Medal from Memphis Ad Fed, remarked "so who got the gold?". Looking forward to the Addy Ceremony later this month.
