We can get you qualified within one day. You do not pay anything until you have seen inside the house and are you sure you want it. To qualify you need $2000 a month income for houses from $500 to $600 per month. Houses $625 to $675 you need $2400 income. Houses $700 and up requires $3000 per month income.
Your deposit will generally be equal to ONE MONTH RENT, UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EVICTION, THEN IT WILL BE $1500 PER EVICTION. BANKRUPTCIES WILL ALSO REQUIRE $3000 PER BANKRUPTCY FOR DEPOSIT. There is a $35 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only. Other forms of bad credit are ok.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8. OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE WILL BE A $1500 - $2000 DEPOSIT. It usually takes only 2 to 24 hours to get approval! We can do applications by email and text. The $35 application fee can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone (2% convenience fee), CashApp, Venmo, Chime, or PayPal. Most of the houses need further cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. We usually pay the new tenant to make these repairs. We pay for all supplies and materials needed for repairs. We will pay you $100 or more to do the final cleaning and painting. Any problems with the house that you cannot fix, we will fix within 24 hrs. such as heat, AC, plumbing, doors, windows, etc.
