Update on Alabama at Live at the Garden

Thank you for your patience following Saturday's postponement of Alabama with special guest Michael Ray.

We know many of you were disappointed, and we appreciate the feedback, understanding, and support we've received over the past several days.

Our team has been working with artist representatives and production partners to determine next steps. Ticket holders should check their email for important information regarding ticket options and next steps. Additional details regarding the rescheduled performance date will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.

All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled performance. Guests who purchased individual tickets through Ticketmaster may request a refund directly by going to My Account on Ticketmaster and requesting a refund. Details have been emailed to ticket holders.

Postponing a concert is never a simple process. It requires coordination among many partners and organizations, and those conversations take time. We are grateful to Alabama, Michael Ray, our sponsors, vendors, public safety partners, staff, volunteers, and fans for their patience throughout this process.

Most importantly, thank you for supporting Live at the Garden and Memphis Botanic Garden. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Radians Amphitheater soon.

UPDATE

We've been working closely with meteorologists throughout the day with the hope that the storm system would move around the venue and allow us to proceed with tonight's concert, even if it meant a delayed start.

Thank you for your patience as we monitored conditions and worked through an incredibly difficult situation.

Unfortunately, at this point, we have no choice but to postpone tonight's Alabama concert featuring Michael Ray.

We know this news is disappointing. We are disappointed too.

Decisions like this are never simple. They involve ongoing conversations with weather professionals, venue management, production teams, public safety personnel, and artist representatives. Throughout the day, everyone involved remained hopeful that conditions would improve and allow us to safely welcome guests into the venue.

We understand that our updates throughout the afternoon gave many people hope that the show would still happen. The truth is that we shared that hope. We wanted nothing more than to kick off the season with Alabama and Michael Ray tonight.

The safety of our guests, artists, volunteers, vendors, and staff must always come first.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly. We have worked for months to bring this event to life, and tonight's outcome is difficult for everyone involved.

We are incredibly grateful for your patience, understanding, and continued support of Live at the Garden and Memphis Botanic Garden.

We are currently working through next steps and will share additional information with ticket holders as soon as it becomes available.

Thank you for being part of the Live at the Garden family.
