If we want to address crime in Memphis, one prong of the fight must be for change in our state’s gun laws.

We have all seen how the state legislature’s supermajority passed gun storage in vehicles (against the pleas not to do so from law enforcement!) and now our car break-ins and thefts are at all-time highs… it’s the guns that they’re looking for, and this is just one piece of gun legislation that is affecting crime in Memphis.
