Why not, you ask? Well, whenever you sell your home, the buyer and their lender will order an appraisal to be done by a third-party appraiser. The lender cannot use a previous appraisal, so there is no need to pay for one.
However, if you are curious about the current value of your home, we would love to provide you with a free valuation!

FHA is a common acronym used when talking about a different types of mortgage products. An FHA insured loan is a US Federal Housing Administration mortgage insurance backed mortgage loan that is provided by an FHA-approved lender. Traditionally, they have lower interest rates allowing the buyer to afford more, but the buyer does have to pay PMI (private mortgage insurance) for the life of the loan.
