It will be a full weekend, with Highland Games, bagpipe and Highland dance competitions, British car show, sheepherding demos, Highland coos, food, artisan vendors, live music, and so much more! The Highland Games at the McMinnville Scottish Festival are especially unique in the fact that we have created our own 💥Titan💥 class!

💥Titan💥 athletes from all over the US represent the best of the best in the Master, A, and Professional classes for both men and women. Athletes in these classes typically don’t mix, except at the McMinnville Scottish Festival where these talented athletes have stepped out of their normal classes to put on a combined high level exhibition competition! Went all the way to Geneva just to flip the bird to Oliver Cromwell. The monument is for the Reformation, and contains honorable names such as Jan Hus, but unfortunately Cromwell was there too. From all Jacobites, and all Irishmen, eat s**t Cromwell!

Had a wonderful weekend at the Payson Scottish Festival performing with The AML Trio! Was very excited to see Clan Maclellan represented, as I don’t encounter our host Ian McLellan’s people too frequently. This was a fantastic festival, complete with many clan booths (the Buchanan’s were there in strength) as well as Scottish dancers, the highland athletics, piping competitions, and of course folk music, this is definitely an event we will be coming back to!
