We want to help you understand some of the skills required to eat—-swallowing is quite complicated!! Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s not. We want to help you have some simple recipes that help you feel good about both building skills and providing nutrition in a way that isn’t super stressful.

The course will be live and we are allowing plenty of time for meaningful conversations an questions.
