1️⃣ The Toilet Sightline: Never place the toilet in plain view of the hallway. Take advantage of the full remodel to tuck it on a side wall or behind the door.
2️⃣ The Space Eater: Use the open framing stage to ditch a standard swinging door and install a pocket door instead. It instantly frees up floor space.
3️⃣ The Backwards Flow: Don’t just put the vanity where it’s “easiest” for the pipes. Map it out based on how you’ll actually use the mirror and outlets every morning.
