This is the RPESTO Traffic System at work delivering traffic and clicks. These people are being served ads on some of the top websites like CNN, ESPN, Drudge, History Channel, Weather Channel, ABC News and inside of apps to name a few.

Here's the thing. I don't know what website people are visiting, BUT I do know where they are in real life after they've been injured. I'm able to serve ads to them directly to their phones.
