Our Chapter Objectives:

- Build relationships with students, employers, human resource professionals, SB-SHRM and the community

- Contribute to the development and sharing of knowledge in the field

- Foster research in the area of human resources

- Provide resource people for campus and community projects in the field of human resource management

- Establish and maintain an active relationship with the sponsoring professional chapter, the Society, and other student chapters
