Have you heard about DTF (Direct to Film Printing)?
DTF is a new process in the t-shirt and apparel printing industry.

The process consists of printing your design onto a special film using the same eco safe and long lasting ink as DTG (direct to garment).

This print is then dusted with a special powder and then heated to melt the powder. Once this is completed it applied to your shirt (or many other substrates) with a heat press.

The ink then transfers from the film in to the fibre of the shirt.
This produces bright and colorful prints that stretch with the fabric.

The main advantage of this new technique is it works on cotton, polyester blends and 100% polyester on any color shirt.

Previously printing on 100% polyester shirts was a difficult process that did not yield the best results. Now we can print all kinds of designs on all kinds of shirts with great results.

Other advantages are the ability to print on the arms, shoulders and any position on the shirt. We'll also be expanding this to other items like sweatpants, aprons, towels and much much more.
