🚨 Important AHCA / CMS Plan Update 🚨

The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has announced that the CMS Plan will transition from Sunshine State Health Plan to Molina Healthcare of Florida, effective October 1, 2026.

📌 What this means:

✔️ Current members will be automatically transferred to Molina
✔️ No immediate action is required at this time
✔️ Members will still have the option to choose another plan

⏳ Continuity of Care (COC):

• Coverage continuity may last up to 8 months
• Patients can continue seeing their current providers until May 31, 2027
OR until their care plan is finalized and services are authorized — whichever comes first
