Open Mind Zen will be holding our Spring Residential Retreat at Kashi Ashram March 9th through 12th. The theme of the retreat is Deepening Samadhi.
Deep meditation happens when we devote the time and space in our lives to practice. This retreat will include longer meditation periods and more of them, as well as dharma talks and plenty of time for walking meditation on Kashi Ashram’s beautiful property.
When: Arrival is 3-5 pm Thursday, March 9th. Retreat ends on Sunday, March 12th at about 4 pm
